For this remarkable dining table two contrasting materials are combined together in an interesting and architectural way. The natural slab of cedar wood used for the table top is made out of a 300-year-old tree acquired from a park that fell after a thunderstorm. A strike of lighting forced a unique imprint in the wood of the tree which is left raw in this table top to display this natural phenomenon. The hand-blown glass legs elevate the piece adding a sophisticated and unique element to the design.
